Returns & Exchanges Policy

At OUICO, customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. Products purchased from our store may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused

• Unwashed

• With original tags attached

• In their original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once the returned item has been received and inspected by our team, a refund will be issued provided that the return conditions are met.

Due to hygiene and usage considerations, items that are not suitable for resale may not be eligible for return.

Refund processes are completed within 7–14 business days following receipt of the returned product.
